The 2025 National Reunion will be held at The Antlers, a Wyndham Hotel located in downtown Colorado Springs featuring spacious meeting and banquet facilities, and multiple in-house restaurants. Hotel guest rooms are offered at $149/Night plus tax and fees (currently 12.75%) with complimentary Self-Parking, Wi-Fi and a 24-hour pool and fitness center. This room rate is offered to attendees August 9th through August 17th based on availability.

All Hotel guestrooms feature views of either the downtown or mountains. Enjoy plush pillow-top beds with luxurious room features including an elegant bathroom with walk-in shower and amenities, spacious work desk with ergonomic chair, flat-screen HDTV, Keurig coffee and tea maker, and mini-refrigerator for additional cold beverage options of your own choice and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. The Antlers Hotel offers a variety of onsite dining experiences. The Antlers Grille a casually elegant restaurant, featuring al a carte or buffet breakfast cuisine is open Daily 7:00 am – 10:30 am. The Sportivo Primo, where you can catch your favorite game at the on-site bar and restaurant with 12high-definition televisions,  open Daily 12pm-8pm including Duca’s Brick Oven Neapolitan Pizza is open Tuesday – Saturday 2pm-11pm.

The Piccadilly Bar- Our exquisite lobby bar, the Piccadilly impresses guests with an expansive selection including 50 draft beers, numerous wines and signature cocktails. Open Tuesday – Saturday 5pm-11pm Starbucks Coffee - Start your day off right or recharge your afternoon, at our in-house full service Starbucks! Open Daily 6:00 am- 6:00 pm.

The Antlers hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. The Hotel has a cab stand in the driveway and the valets are happy to help you with taxi services. Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is 11 miles, about 25 minutes’ drive. Denver International Airport (DEN) is 85 miles from the hotel and a 1.5 hour drive.

The Antlers Hotel Reservations Cut-off Date: The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the Room Block is Thursday, July 17, 2025; Hotel Reservations may be made using the reservation direct link on the Associations website or by calling the Hotel direct at 719-955-5600 or 866-299-4602. After the cut-off date hotel room reservations will be accepted based on availability. Guests may cancel their room reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

Armed Forces Reunions (AFR) will be collecting registrations, running the group tours, the registration desk, and event meals. AFR will coordinate most everything except the ladies' run raffles as in past years and Friday’s banquet will use assigned seating as in the past, using the Banquet sign-up Seating Chart available at the Registration desk. The Registration desk will be your Help Desk for any questions

AFR Reunion Reservations Cut-off Date: All reunion registration forms and payments must be received by mail on or before, Friday July 11, 2025.  Send the amount payable to: Armed Forces Reunions in the form of check or money order. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. See the AFR Registration form for full details.

All Reunion Registrations Forms should be sent directly to Armed Forces Reunions, 322 Madison MewsNorfolk, VA 23510Attn: 4th Infantry Division Association or completed Online via AFR’s reservations link. There is a 4.0% convenience fee added to registrations paid by credit card.

AFR Tour Requirements: There is a thirty-five (35) person minimum requirement in order to proceed with any tour. The Group must meet a seventy (70) person minimum in order to secure a second motorcoach. In the event of a number’s shortfall, AFR will refund those registrants beyond the capacity of one motorcoach and place these people on await list based on their date of registration.

The Antlers Hotel will be providing complimentary dry snacks and a full Cash Bar with ‘Happy Hour’ pricing for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the hospitality room on a set daily schedule. Attendees, who want beverage service at other times during the day, can visit one of several hotel bars or restaurants. There will be complimentary water stations in the hospitality and business meeting rooms.

Tuesday 8/12/2025 – we will be offering a visit to the 4th Infantry Division Museum and a tour of the Garden of Gods Park with a Deli Lunch at the Trading Post Café. We will start the day with a visit to the 4thInfantry Division Museum and the Global War on Terrorism Memorial at Gate 1 ‘The Freedom Gate’ at Fort Carson, and then board the bus for the Garden of the Gods Trading Post. Enjoy assorted deli sandwiches lunch with sides and fountain drinks at the trading post and then shop a little for the finest in authentic Indian arts, crafts, and jewelry, featuring the largest and most extensive giftshop and Art Gallery stop in the Pikes Peak region. Finally, enjoy a narrated 45 to 60-minutedriving tour through the Garden of the Gods, a 1,350- acre park with magnificent red stone formations that date back 300 million years before returning to the hotel.

Wednesday 8/13/2025 – we will be offering a tour of the Dragonman’s Museum, Lunch at the Airplane Restaurant and a stop at the 4th Infantry Division Museum. Visit one of the most unique museums you’ll ever see. This collection of military weapons and memorabilia is part of a private collection owned by Mel Bernstein, who claims to be the "most armed man in America", with 3,000 operational firearms, over 80 military-grade vehicles, a functional 40-ton T54 Russian tank, six 1000-pound bombs, and over900 military uniforms.  The latest addition to his collection is the D-Day Omaha and Utah Beach invasion reenactment display. https://dragonmans.com. After the tour, we’ll keep the military history alive by stopping for a Western themed lunch buffet at the Airplane Restaurant http://theairplanerestaurant.com. Part of the restaurant is truly inside a Boeing KC-97 tanker, but the attached building is full of memorabilia too. The tour will include a stop at the 4th Infantry Division Museum and the Global War on Terrorism Memorial at Gate 1 ‘The Freedom Gate’ before returning to the hotel.

Wednesday Evening 8/13/2025
– The Ivy Dragoons Chapter will be having a private chapter dinner and meeting with a reception and cash bar (from 5:00 PM) for which you must be pre-registered for using the 2025 National Reunion Registration Form.

Thursday 8/14/2025 – we will be spending the day on post at Fort Carson. We are working with the Division planning several activities to include a Memorial Service, visiting the HQ building and group picture at McNerney Hall, observing training and brigade static equipment displays, Lunch at a DFAC Dining Facility, a stop at the PX and other ideas.

We are offering the 4ID Museum visit on the Tuesday & Wednesday tours; however, depending on timing, we could add a stop at the Museum before returning to the hotel after the day’s events on-post.

8:00 AM – 8:30 AM – Check In and Bus loading
9:00 AM – 4:30 PM – Fort Carson Tour with Lunch at a Dining Facility (Pre-registration and clearance authorization and Photo ID required for post access)

Tour cost is $42/Person and includes round-trip bus transportation. We will be collecting $7 Cash/Person at Bus Loading for the DFAC Lunch fees. If all attendees can have the exact dollar amount, it would be greatly appreciated.

All participants for the Fort Carson tour riding on the group tour bus must provide certain Information with their completed AFR registrations, using the forms provided – Include Full First and Last Name as shown on your government issued Photo ID's, and an Email Address for each person riding on the buses. Spouses and family members who use the same email address – no problem but each person must be listed and respond separately with the required information.

After the AFR Registration cut-off date, Friday July11, 2025, we will furnish a list of all names and email addresses to Fort Carson. Fort Carson Security will send each person an email requesting your personal information required for post access approval. Once approved, you will receive a text message to your cell phone with your approval. You will need that ‘Approval Text’ information and your photo ID with you on the tour. In the event an applicant is denied, you should contact the Visitor Control Center for information about your situation at 719-526-2332.

Note: If you are visiting Fort Carson in your POV, you are responsible for making your own arrangements for post access.

Thursday 8/14/2025 – we will have our R & R Dinner and Dance, complete with a buffet dinner and a DJ with music and dancing. There will be a reception 5:00–6:00 PM with Cash Bar and open seating for the 6:00–10:00 PM event.

Friday 8/15/2025 – we will hold our Business Meetings, and the Ladies Brunch with Bunko. The Ladies Brunch Buffet will feature seasonal sliced fruit and berries, assorted Muffins and Danishes, fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon with Assorted Teas, Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee, and a selection of Teas. The ladies will be playing Bunko for fun and prizes.

Friday evening 8/15/2025 – we will have our Flames of Remembrance Banquet and keynote address. Meal choices include Beef, Chicken, and a Vegetarian entrée. There will be a reception 5:00–6:00 PM with Cash Bar, and assigned Banquet seating. It will also feature the 2025 Ralph E Lingert Service Award presentation, the Educational Scholarship winners will be announced, and we will hold the annual Quilt Raffle drawing.

2025 Quilt Raffle will feature a beautiful queen-size quilt (approx. 90 by 90 inches) that will be adorned with Ivy Division patches. This year’s quilt is being made by volunteers and friends of the Wisconsin Chapter. We will hold the annual Quilt Raffle drawing at the Banquet on Friday night to raise funds for the Educational Scholarship Fund.

Quilt Raffle Tickets are available by mail and in the Reunion Hospitality Room for a ($5) donation per ticket.
